Pretty Much When You Join, You Get Joined Up With Another Member And You Both Become Each Other's Accountability Partner. You and your accountability partner pretty much tell each other about their day. How healthy and/or unhealthy they ate, how much exercise they have done, they share advice,...ext.
You guys then can discuss these things and blog it out.
